“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start from where you are and change the ending”

- CS Lewis

Creating meaningful relationships that help us move towards wellbeing is at the core of what we do.

Peer Support is the common ground created by shared, lived experience, from which a trusting support relationship can be formed. But it's really much more than that - we are all actively learning, and we're very deliberate about the way we build relationships.

As a peer support worker, we’re here to walk beside you on your journey and support you as you create the life you always wanted.

Shed the weight of past trauma and start living life absent of that burden.

Our Mission

To empower survivors of sexual harm, by providing community-based peer support services, education and training resources for individuals and their whanau, encouraging early disclosure of sexual harm which enable survivors to take control of their own lives.

“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it’s not”

- Dr Seuss

The sexual harm helpline can be accessed free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone, text, website, online chat and email.
